We are hiring for a full-time Peer Mentor & Advocate position!

Come join a dynamic and passionate, skilled team walking alongside adults in the journey of their lives as they heal and reach for their dreams. The Peer Mentor & Advocate is primarily responsible for providing mobile peer counseling, case management, and accompaniment with a rolling caseload of between 13-25 adults, majority women with lived and living experience in the sex trade and its associated exploitation, trafficking and prostitution. Services are provided throughout the state however regional priority is given to adults living in the Worcester, Framingham, and Greater Boston areas. Travel is required of the position.
